Activity Dino - a Soft Baby Toy that Works Wonders

Babies always give us joyful surprises. With a little time and patience, our little ones have the great capacity to develop new skills. As parents, we will always be there to support and encourage them. Baby Educational Toys also make a difference. Some of them are merely entertainment items, but others can become special to babies and they really help in achieving different developmental milestones. The Activity Dino is a good example of a baby soft toy that can be fun and useful at the same time.

Crawling is an important issue with regard to children development, and like everything with babies, it is a process: before starting, they need to strengthen their abs and back, usually having some tummy time and sitting steady enough. But some babies hate tummy time, and that was the case of my baby girl, Kamil. I think she was afraid of it, because when she was younger, following the advices from doctors, I never let her sleep or lay in that position. My husband and I worried thinking that she would never crawl. It was then that we realized that she did not like the feeling of being with her tummy totally flat on the mat, instead she wanted us to hold her a up slightly to make it easier.. So we started looking for something to give her extra support. We analyzed various options, and finally decided to try the Activity Dino Baby Soft Toy. The Dino looks so nice and believe me, it worked wonders for Kamil. We obviously began slowly, encouraging her to play in the Dino pillow for increasingly longer periods of time (the first time it was just five minutes or so). Finally, the Dino has become her favorite! Its soft body is so comfortable that she can play and rest in it. Its colors, patterns and textures entertain and stimulate her sight and touch senses and she is still very amused by the roar that Dino does when you squeeze his horn.

It also worked great when my baby girl was learning to sit properly. We placed the Dino in her play space and she now seems happier and confident because she uses the toy to sit up and find us to feel safe. She can finally spend time playing by herself while and know that we were close.

This toy really was a great purchase. Our little Kamil, even though she is 9 months old now, she still plays with it and uses it for nap time. She just loves it; it is definitely one of her favorite toys. And as a plus to parents, it is machine washable, so don’t worry about stains, you’ll always have it ready for fun!
